Refund Policy

Please note that as all products are personalized, we are unable to offer refunds once the production process has commenced unless the mistake was an error on our part. For non-personalized products, if the item is not as described or does not meet its intended purpose, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange once you have shipped the product back to us. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be processed only when goods are received back at our facility. Simply return them to us at any time within 14 days of receiving the product.

 

Damaged Items

Should any item arrive damaged, we urge you to contact us immediately with photographs so we can fully understand the situation. We are committed to resolving your issue swiftly and offer you the choice between:

• A refund of the product price, which will be processed back to your original payment method. We will initiate the refund process within 7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow approximately 3 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your card or account.
• A replacement item

Items need to return back to LumiZing Studio for assessment.

We must be informed within 7 days of your order arriving damaged or faulty for a refund to be applicable.

Luminouszing Studio will make the final decision if an item is faulty or not as described and determine if the level of the issue warrants a refund or replacement.

 

How Do I Return My Order?

3: Tell us which product(s) you want to return and attach photos.

 

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns or exchanges due to a change of mind will not be accepted as all of our products are custom-made for each order. If, in any circumstance, you pay for return shipping, Luminouszing Studio will not reimburse postage costs to you. If, in any circumstance, you return items to us without authority or refuse delivery, we reserve the right to charge you for any costs associated with this, including extra delivery fees, and it is our right not to accept your return for a change of mind. Any unauthorized returns will not be refunded.
