Order and Shipping Policies

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days (excluding holidays or weekends). However, during peak sales or promotional periods, processing may take longer than five days. Please note that items cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of purchase. Due to personalized issues, and we do not accept refunds for changes of mind.

SHIPPING

We offer various shipping options, including standard and express. If a product is returned to Luminouszing Studio or not received due to customer error (such as incorrect postage details or refused deliveries), the customer is responsible for rectifying the situation at their expense, including an additional fee for re-delivery. If a product is returned to Luminouszing Studio and the customer opts not to pay for re-delivery, the product cost will be refunded, excluding any postage fees.

AUSTRALIA

Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 2 – 8 business days. Express shipping usually takes 1 – 5 business days, depending on the region. Please note that tracking numbers are not available for lightweight products, such as tags. Tracking numbers will be provided for medium-sized items. A tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Please check your junk mail folder if the email doesn’t arrive within the estimated business days.

While we strive to meet delivery time frames, Luminouszing Studio will not be held accountable for longer delivery times or courier delays. Cancellations due to late delivery will not be accepted. Please note that the estimated delivery time indicates when your order is expected to be sent from the time of placement. Additional time should be allowed for courier delivery to your address.

INTERNATIONAL

Standard international shipping typically takes 10 – 18 business days, depending on the region and customs clearance.

CUSTOMS

Orders shipped outside Australia are subject to local import laws, which may include customs fees, taxes, duties, and similar charges. Luminouszing Studio recommends that all international customers contact the relevant country’s import office to discuss applicable fees and timing before placing an order. Any fees or charges related to the import are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase. If a customer refuses delivery due to customs fees or charges, and the product is returned to Luminouszing Studio, only the product will be refunded; shipping costs are non-refundable.

LOST PARCELS

Luminouszing Studio cannot be held responsible for the delivery services provided by Australia Post or any other courier service. Items that are missing, stolen, or undelivered due to incorrect information cannot be replaced by Luminouszing Studio. If such an issue arises, please contact Australia Post immediately.
